Prepare production infrastructure
Provide HTTPS, database, private storage, queues, cron, SMTP, backups, monitoring, retention, writable directories, and a tested restore process.
Validate external adapters
Supply credentials and confirm the exact runtime adapters required for stores, messaging, maps, payments, accounting, mail, and intelligence; connector settings alone do not guarantee a live integration.
Review operational and financial policy
Validate shipment status rules, privacy, location use, proof capture, OTP, cash custody, deposits, settlement, payouts, disputes, invoicing, data retention, guided approvals, and local logistics obligations.
