Marketplace scope
Ovion Market sells and supports curated Laravel applications, WordPress plugins/themes, WooCommerce tools, UI kits, templates, setup services, and related digital products operated by Ovion Technologies or approved internal operators. Public demos, docs, screenshots, and product cards are provided to help buyers evaluate fit before purchase.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers are responsible for reviewing product requirements, compatibility, server environment, included files, support scope, license tier, activation limits, and policy pages before payment. Product pages may show version, changelog, requirements, screenshots, demo credentials, support duration, and docs where available.
Accounts and access
Protected downloads, invoices, support requests, license keys, activation controls, update notices, and account delivery are available after verified payment. Buyers must keep account credentials secure and may not share accounts, scrape private endpoints, bypass checkout, or use another buyer account without permission.
Orders, pricing, and availability
Prices, coupons, product status, gateway availability, currency display, tax rules, support terms, and product metadata can change. A checkout session is not complete until payment is verified and an entitlement/order is granted. Products may be updated, replaced, retired, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance or security review.
Acceptable use
Buyers may not resell source files as standalone products, publish private packages, share license keys publicly, remove licensing controls for redistribution, abuse support channels, attack marketplace infrastructure, reverse engineer protected marketplace services, or use products for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing activity.
Product modifications
Many products include source code intended for normal project customization. Buyer modifications are the buyer responsibility unless a support or service agreement says otherwise. Custom code changes, third-party conflicts, unsupported hosting, and modified update flows can limit support or refund eligibility.
Support boundaries
Included product support generally covers installation questions, product defects, documented requirements, license/account access, update access, and basic usage guidance during the support window. It does not automatically include custom feature development, full deployment management, server administration, data migration, third-party debugging, or business process consulting.
Demos and pre-release material
Demo sites, screenshots, docs, roadmap notes, and beta references are provided for evaluation. Demo data may be synthetic, reset, rate-limited, incomplete, or different from a buyer production setup. Roadmap or upcoming-app references are not a guaranteed delivery commitment unless included in a paid written scope.
Intellectual property
Ovion Market products, docs, product names, screenshots, source packages, marketplace code, and brand assets remain owned by their respective owners. Purchasing a license grants permitted usage rights only; it does not transfer copyright, trademarks, marketplace infrastructure, or resale rights.
Limitation and changes
The marketplace is provided with reasonable care, but no digital product can be guaranteed to fit every hosting environment, customization, or third-party stack. We may update these terms, policy pages, product content, support rules, and technical controls as the marketplace evolves.
