License Policy

Advanced license tiers, production and staging activations, client usage, updates, support windows, source modification, transfers, SaaS boundaries, and abuse handling.

License tiers

Products may offer Single App, Business 2 Apps, Agency Unlimited, support-renewal, bundle, or product-specific license tiers. The product checkout card controls the current tier, price, activation limits, support period, and included usage rights for that purchase.

Single App License

A Single App License generally permits one live production installation for yourself or one client, plus the included staging, development, local, or testing activations shown on the checkout page. It is intended for one business, project, domain, or deployable end product.

Business 2 Apps License

A Business 2 Apps License generally permits up to two live production installations for the same buyer organization or for a buyer and one client handoff, plus the included staging/development activations. It does not permit unlimited client resale or unrelated product redistribution.

Agency Unlimited License

An Agency Unlimited License generally permits repeated production deployments of the purchased product for agency/client work, subject to fair use, account ownership, and anti-resale restrictions. It does not permit publishing the source as a competing marketplace product, template pack, SaaS generator, public repository, or sublicensed stock asset.

Production activations

A production activation is a live public, internal, client, or revenue-generating deployment. License checks may record domain, app URL, environment, product slug, IP, app version, and timestamp. Changing a production domain may require deactivation in the buyer account or a support reset.

Staging, local, and development use

Staging, local, development, QA, CI, demo, and temporary environments are allowed within the tier limits when used to build, test, maintain, or support the licensed production product. These environments should not be used as separate production businesses or public products.

Client work and handoff

A buyer may use a license for a client project when the selected tier allows it. The buyer remains responsible for license custody unless the license is transferred or assigned through an approved account process. A client handoff does not grant the buyer a second copy unless the tier allows it.

Source modification

Buyers may modify purchased source code for the licensed project, including branding, configuration, integrations, UI adjustments, and project-specific features. Modified code remains subject to the license and cannot be redistributed as a standalone product, clone, or competing package.

Updates and protected downloads

Download access, update metadata, license API responses, and package URLs can depend on active entitlement, license status, support window, payment status, abuse checks, and product availability. Older installed sites are not intentionally disabled by default, but future downloads and updates can be gated.

Support window

Product support is included for the support period shown on the product or checkout page, commonly six months unless stated otherwise. Support covers product defects, access issues, documented installation questions, and license/account concerns. It does not automatically include custom development or unmanaged hosting operations.

SaaS and multi-tenant boundaries

Using a licensed product to operate one buyer-owned SaaS or internal platform is allowed only when the product license and product description support that usage. Using the source to generate multiple unrelated SaaS products, resell hosted copies as separate products, or provide white-label source access requires written permission or the correct higher-tier license.

Transfers and reassignment

A license may be reassigned to a new domain, client, or owner only through an approved account/support process and only when the previous deployment is retired or the tier includes multiple deployments. Selling, leasing, or transferring license keys outside the marketplace account system is not permitted.

Prohibited use

Buyers may not share license keys publicly, upload private packages to public repositories, remove licensing for resale, sell the source as their own marketplace item, distribute nulled copies, bypass checkout, automate abusive license checks, or use the product in a way that violates laws, third-party rights, or marketplace integrity.

Abuse handling

License checks may flag excessive domains, impossible environment patterns, repeated failed checks, leaked keys, suspicious IP activity, chargebacks, account sharing, or redistribution indicators. Operators may pause updates, require verification, reset activations, suspend support, revoke downloads, or terminate a license after review.

Upgrades and renewals

Where available, buyers can upgrade license tiers or renew support from the account area. Upgrade pricing, support renewal pricing, coupon eligibility, and activation limits are calculated by current marketplace rules at the time of the upgrade or renewal.
