We collect the information needed to operate a digital marketplace: account identity, name, email, checkout records, invoice details, billing country, currency selection, tax context, support requests, product questions, review submissions, download activity, license keys, activation domains, IP-derived security signals, device/browser logs, and communication preferences.
License and product telemetry
Licensed products may contact Ovion Market license endpoints to validate a key, check entitlement status, deliver update metadata, stream protected downloads, or record activation limits. These checks can include product slug, license key, domain, environment type, application URL, IP address, app version, and timestamp.
How we use data
We use marketplace data to process orders, prevent abuse, issue invoices, grant account access, deliver protected files, validate licenses, route support tickets, respond to pre-sale questions, publish reviews/Q&A, measure product health, improve product pages, and meet tax, accounting, fraud, audit, and security obligations.
Payments and processors
Payment credentials are handled by the selected gateway or payment provider. Ovion Market stores provider references, gateway status, payment totals, currency, taxes, order metadata, and risk/audit records. We do not intentionally store full card numbers or private bank credentials in the marketplace database.
Cookies, analytics, and diagnostics
The site may use cookies or local storage for sessions, language, consent, cart/checkout continuity, dismissed notices, analytics, and fraud prevention. Analytics and diagnostics are used to understand site performance, campaign results, checkout reliability, and public page quality.
Sharing and service providers
Data may be shared with payment gateways, email providers, hosting and storage providers, analytics tools, fraud-prevention services, tax/accounting tools, support systems, and professional advisers only as needed to operate the marketplace, provide support, or comply with obligations.
Retention
Account, order, invoice, payment, license, download, support, audit, and security records may be retained for as long as needed for buyer access, tax/accounting requirements, dispute handling, abuse prevention, product updates, and business records. Expired support conversations and routine logs may be reduced or removed when no longer operationally required.
Buyer choices
Buyers can request profile correction, communication preference changes, account help, or privacy assistance through support. Some order, license, invoice, payment, fraud, and audit data cannot be deleted immediately when it is required for legal, tax, security, dispute, or marketplace integrity reasons.
Security
Ovion Market uses account authentication, role-based admin access, protected downloads, signed or gated operations where applicable, rate limits, license abuse checks, and operational logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so buyers should protect account credentials and license keys.
Policy updates
We may revise this privacy policy as marketplace features, payment gateways, license checks, analytics, or support workflows change. The current public page controls the published policy for new marketplace activity.
