Confirm database privileges
FlowOS creates a separate database for each workspace, so the hosting account must be able to create and manage tenant databases.
Plan background processing
A continuously supervised queue worker and a scheduler running every minute are required for durable workflows, waits, retries, notifications, and billing jobs.
Review provider credentials
guided, OAuth, payment, email, and external connector workflows require buyer-owned accounts and credentials.
Inspect governance boundaries
Sensitive guided publishing and write actions are approval-controlled; connector health does not replace provider certification and production testing.
